The first box can be sent to yourself, if you
want to present it personally, or direct to the recipient,
together with your message.
To order a Gift Subscription, simply complete &
submit the form below.
You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming the details, together with
an invoice via your preferred payment method.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will the first box arrive?
You specify the desired delivery date for the first box when ordering. The box
will be sent a few days in advance, to allow for any postal delay, but it will
be marked 'Not to be opened until: xxx'
Can the recipient change what they get in their box?
Yes - the first box will include a Subscription Reference Number & contact details -
if they prefer White Mint Cake to Brown, or if they want 2 bags of Chocolate
Limes in their Sugar Free sweets box, etc. they can just let us know.
What about moving house?
If the recipient is changing their address, they can let us know via the contact
details included in each box.
What happens when the subscription expires?
When there are 2 months left to run, we will email you to ask if you intend to
renew the subscription. If you do not renew, we will enclose information on our
Regular Order scheme in the last box,
to give the recipient the option to continue their subscription themselves.
Can I pay monthly instead of in one lump sum?
Certainly - you would need to subscribe to our
Regular Order scheme, rather than
purchase a Gift Subscription, but the boxes can still be sent as gifts, with
your message etc. Payments would be made by Standing Order from your bank
account.
