Payment is made by Standing Order from your bank account & you can opt to
have your order delivered
monthly / fortnightly / weekly - whichever suits you.
You remain in complete control of the
payments,
and can cancel / amend your Standing Order at any time.
The above are our most popular options, but you can request any quantity / combination of products,
as long as the order remains constant - i.e. the same order each month /
week / etc.

You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming the details,
together with information for
your bank to set up the Standing Order.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be sent?
Your order will be posted the day your payment comes through, which
typically takes 1-3 working days, depending on your bank. We will send an email
to confirm dispatch so you will know when your parcel is on its way.
Can I change my order whenever I want?
Absolutely - if it is just a variation, such as wanting Brown Mint Cake instead
of White, or specific flavours of Fudge in your box, then simply email us. If
you want to change to a different parcel, e.g. move from the 290g Mint Cake box
to the 600g box, then let us know & we will confirm what change to make to your
Standing Order.
What if I want to cancel my order or change the frequency?
As payments are sent by your bank, you have complete control and can cancel
your order at any time, or instruct your bank to change the frequency. Your
parcel will only be posted when your payment comes through, so you will never be
in arrears.
Can I make a Regular Order for someone else, as an ongoing
gift?
Certainly - just state that it is a gift order in the 'Notes/Comments' box
above, and we will contact you for the recipient details / gift message etc.
